Just extract and drop the folder in a (secure) folder then go to yoursite.com/folder.
Careful : you need to have both read & write permission on the “backlinks.php” file so I recommend you to give it a 777 chmod.
This script uses the “file_get_contents” function to check the link so take care that you have the “allow_url_fopen” variable in your php.ini set to 1.
